Canada Day July 1st, 2011
We celebrated by going to Broadmoor Park in Sherwood Park.

We watched the parade:
Enjoyed the entertainment on the grounds:
And came back at night to watch the fireworks:
The following day we continued our time off by going to Sylvan Lake:
Even though the lake was extremely busy we found a quiet spot and had some relax time.

Later that afternoon we went to the car races in Wetaskiwin on our way home.
Faith was ready for some excitement and literally talked us into going.
There were a lot of different races but the highlight was the Hit-To-Pass race.
What a noisy mess by the end of it all!
